I have all sorts of emotions when looking back at the growth of Harves Century. Harves Century has created masterpieces one after another and achieved success from undertakings in Shenyang Harves Tawan Quarters, to Shenyang Harves Taoyuan Quarters, Rich Gate Hotel, Rich New World, Seiko Mansion, Dalian Lanbowan and Donggang, and more.
Since its establishment, Harves Century has grown from an unknown business to a renowned, modern group with expanded scale and enhanced strength. Harves Century has matured and achieved significantly in the few years of its operation, from independent to coordinative development, from residential to commercial projects, and from single to diverse industries.
In development and practice, we at Harves Century deeply understand that the success of the business is dependent upon several factors. At this moment, we remember and appreciate all of the support and dedication given by our employees and business partners as well as the support given by the regional governments in which we worked. 2013: FTC Financial Center Shopping Plaza of Harves Century was officially opened.

2012: Shenyang Rich New World Business Management Development Co., Ltd. of Harves Century was officially established.

2010: "Rich New World” urban complex project (total construction area of 1.6 million ㎡) of Harves Century was officially constructed and started sales.

2010: Seiko Mansion Project (total construction area of 1,000,000 ㎡) officially constructed.

2009: Harves Century Enterprise Group established "Huaci Congenital Heart Disease Relief Fund " in Dalian.

2008: Rich World Shopping Center of Harves Century was officially opened.

2008: Rich Gate Hotel officially opened by Harves Century.

2007: Huajing Changbai Riverside Bay project (total construction area of 230,000 ㎡) officially completed.

2006: Harves Taoyuanxin Town Project (total construction area of 370,000 m2) officially completed.
